A personal design for George Orwell’s 1984. The design was inspired by redacted government documents to fit with the book’s theme of authoritarian information control. The changes in the boxes towards center represent the protagonist Winston’s feelings that something is off and the tight control of information. The size of the purple cubes used the numbers 1-9-8-4 to inform their sizes.
